01Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cinvero: AI Video Generator, this website, and related services.
By using Cinvero, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing a membership or diamond pack, you agree to these terms.
02Service provider
HASSAN GRAPHICS PRINTING SOLUTIONS ( SMC-PRIVATE ) LIMITED provides Cinvero. The developer name shown for store and support purposes is HASSAN GRAPHICS PRINTING SOLUTIONS.

03Eligibility
You must be old enough to use Cinvero under the laws of your location and the rules of your device platform or app store.
If you use Cinvero on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
04Changes to the terms
We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, policy changes, or operational updates.
If a change is material, we will provide notice where required. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
05Cinvero service
Cinvero provides AI video generation features that can create short videos from text prompts, uploaded images, and user-selected settings.
Features, modes, durations, diamond costs, availability, and output behavior may change as we improve the app or respond to operational needs.
06Accounts
Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless the activity results from our failure to use reasonable safeguards.
07Account security
Do not share sign-in credentials, verification codes, or account access with unauthorized people.
We may require verification before responding to account, privacy, deletion, refund support, or entitlement requests.
08License to use the app
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cinvero for lawful purposes in accordance with these terms.
You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law permits it.
09Mobile platform rules
Your use of the app is also subject to the rules of the Apple App Store, Google Play, your device operating system, and any platform through which you obtain or pay for the app.
If platform rules conflict with these terms, the platform rules may control for that platform relationship.
10AI generation features
AI generation begins when you submit a prompt, upload an image where applicable, select settings, and confirm the creation request.
Outputs may be imperfect, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. Review all outputs before use.
11Modes and diamond costs
Cinvero publicly documents Turbo, Master, and Pro mode information on the Modes page.
Turbo uses 30 diamonds for a 4-second generation, Master uses 50 diamonds for a 5-second generation, and Pro uses 70 diamonds for a 6-second generation. The app may display additional context before generation.
12Diamonds and credits
Diamonds are app credits used for eligible generation features. Diamonds have no cash value, are not a bank account, and are not transferable unless we expressly allow it.
Diamond availability, usage, expiration, promotional grants, and bonus amounts may be subject to app rules shown at the time of purchase or grant.
13Subscriptions
Subscriptions provide recurring access or recurring diamond rewards according to the plan shown in the app checkout flow.
The Apple App Store or Google Play manages subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, local price display, taxes, and payment methods.
14One-time purchases
One-time diamond packs provide a fixed amount of diamonds for eligible features. The amount of diamonds and any estimated generation count are shown before purchase.
Actual use depends on the mode and feature selected. Higher-cost modes use more diamonds per generation.
15Prices and taxes
Final prices, currency, taxes, and store fees are displayed in the Apple App Store or Google Play checkout flow before you confirm a purchase.
Prices may vary by country, platform, tax rules, exchange rates, promotions, and store settings.
16Cancellation
Subscriptions must be canceled through the store account where they were purchased unless the store provides another supported method.
Deleting the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription unless the app store separately processes that cancellation.
17Refund policy
Refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on where you purchased.
If the store approves a refund, Cinvero honors that store decision and may revoke or adjust the related membership, diamond balance, or entitlement.
18Purchase restoration
Where supported by the app or platform, you may restore eligible purchases from the app purchase or account area.
Purchase restoration depends on store receipts, account status, platform rules, and whether the purchase is eligible for restoration.
19User content ownership
You retain any rights you have in prompts, uploaded images, and other content you submit to Cinvero.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to submit content and use generated outputs.
20License to process user content
You grant Cinvero a limited license to host, upload, store, process, transform, display, transmit, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide the requested features, support, safety, security, and legal compliance.
This license is for operating Cinvero and does not give us permission to train general AI models with your user content.
21Generated outputs
Subject to these terms, platform rules, law, third-party rights, and any app notices, you may use generated videos for lawful personal or commercial purposes.
Cinvero does not guarantee that generated outputs are unique, accurate, non-infringing, suitable for monetization, or accepted by any third-party platform.
22No model training with user content
Cinvero does not use prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, account details, or support attachments to train general AI models or foundation models.
This commitment applies to AI generation data submitted through the app and to support files you provide for troubleshooting.
23AI data handling
AI generation data is processed on systems operated for Cinvero and is not sent to external AI model providers for generation.
Prompts, uploaded images, and generated videos are deleted no later than 36 hours after creation or sooner when you delete the creation or account.
24Photos and face-related content
If you upload a photo, you must have the right to use it. Do not upload images of people where doing so would violate consent, privacy, publicity, safety, or platform rules.
Cinvero does not perform facial recognition, does not create facial-geometry data, and does not create biometric identifiers.
25Content review and enforcement
We may review content, account activity, or support information when needed to provide support, troubleshoot technical issues, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, comply with law, or protect rights and safety.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or decline generation requests that appear to violate these terms or applicable law.
26Prohibited uses
- Do not use Cinvero for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity.
- Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- Do not create non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, harassment, threats, or hateful abuse.
- Do not impersonate people, mislead viewers about real events, or create content intended to defraud or manipulate.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, overload services, scrape the app, or interfere with operations.
27High-risk uses
Cinvero is not designed for emergency, medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, housing, biometric identification, law enforcement, or other high-risk decisions.
Do not rely on Cinvero outputs as professional advice or as the sole basis for important decisions.
28Your responsibility for use
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded content, generated outputs you choose to use, and the way you publish, edit, distribute, or monetize outputs.
You must comply with applicable law, app store rules, third-party platform rules, and the rights of other people.
29Intellectual property
Cinvero, the website, software, design, interface, logos, trademarks, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license stated in these terms, we do not grant rights to our software, brand, or service materials.
30Feedback
If you send ideas, comments, bug reports, suggestions, or other feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to improve Cinvero and related services.
Do not send feedback that contains confidential information unless we have separately agreed to receive it.
31Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content generated or shared through Cinvero infringes your rights, contact support with enough detail for us to review the issue.
Include your contact information, a description of the rights at issue, the content or account involved, and any statement required by applicable law.
32Privacy policy
The Privacy Policy explains how Cinvero handles personal information and user content.
The AI Data Privacy Terms provide additional detail about prompts, uploaded images, generated videos, no model training, and deletion.
33Support and issue reporting
For bugs, account help, refunds, safety reports, privacy requests, or other support issues, contact support@cinvero-ai.com.
We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify the issue and provide assistance.
34Account deletion
Cinvero provides account deletion inside the app profile or account settings area when account features are available.
Deleting your account may remove access to creations, diamonds, account history, and app features. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute, or platform compliance reasons.
35Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal risk, abuse the service, harm other users, compromise security, or use the app in a way that threatens reliable operation.
You may stop using Cinvero at any time and may delete your account through the app when the feature is available.
36Service availability
Cinvero may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, store review, network issues, high demand, security events, or operational changes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific processing times, or that every generation request will succeed.
37Experimental behavior
AI video generation can produce unexpected artifacts, motion issues, visual distortions, or results that do not match your prompt.
Mode names, costs, quality behavior, and available features may be adjusted as the product improves.
38No professional advice
Cinvero is a creative tool. Outputs are not professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or compliance advice.
Consult qualified professionals when advice or review is required.
39No output warranties
We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, unique, error-free, lawful for every use, commercially successful, accepted by any platform, or free from third-party claims.
You should review, edit, and evaluate outputs before using them.
40Third-party platforms and links
Cinvero may link to app stores, websites, or external services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or decisions.
Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms.
41Electronic communications
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically about accounts, purchases, refunds, policy changes, support, security, and service operation.
Keep your contact information current if account notices are important to your use of the app.
42Export and sanctions compliance
You must comply with applicable export control, sanctions, and trade laws.
You may not use Cinvero where use is prohibited by applicable law or platform rules.
43Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
If a term is unenforceable in your location, it will be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted while preserving the rest of the terms.
44Disclaimers
Cinvero is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation where allowed by law.
45Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinvero and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruptions.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Cinvero in the twelve months before the claim, unless applicable law requires a higher amount.
46Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cinvero and its operators from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, outputs, misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of another person's rights.
47Governing law
Unless mandatory local law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Mandatory consumer protections in your location may still apply.
48Dispute handling
Before starting a formal dispute, please contact support so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief where legally available.
49Assignment
You may not assign these terms or transfer your account without our consent.
We may assign these terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of law.
50Severability
If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
The unenforceable part will be interpreted or replaced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
51Entire agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, the AI Data Privacy Terms, the Refund Policy, and any app checkout notices form the agreement between you and Cinvero for the service.
Additional feature-specific notices may apply when they are shown in the app.
