01Where refunds are requested
Refund requests must be submitted to the store where the purchase was made. Apple App Store and Google Play manage payment refunds through their own refund systems.
Cinvero cannot directly reverse a store payment outside the store's supported refund process.
02Apple App Store purchases
If you purchased through Apple, request a refund through Apple's purchase history or Apple support refund process.
Apple determines whether the purchase is eligible for a refund under Apple's policies and local law.
03Google Play purchases
If you purchased through Google Play, request a refund through Google Play order history or Google support.
Google determines whether the purchase is eligible for a refund under Google's policies and local law.
04How Cinvero handles approved refunds
When Apple or Google approves a refund and the store status is reported to Cinvero, we honor that result.
We may cancel or adjust the related membership, remove refunded diamonds, reduce an entitlement balance, or limit access to refunded features.
05Subscriptions
Subscription cancellation is handled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting the app or deleting a Cinvero account does not automatically cancel a subscription unless the store separately processes the cancellation.
06Diamond packs
Diamond packs are consumed when eligible generation features are used. Store refund decisions may take into account whether a purchase was already used.
If a refunded purchase created an excess diamond balance or entitlement, Cinvero may correct the balance after the refund is confirmed.
07Support for purchase issues
For purchase restoration, entitlement mismatch, or refund status questions, contact support@cinvero-ai.com.
Include the platform, purchase date, account email if applicable, and any store order status you can safely share. Do not send full payment card numbers.
08No limitation of legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer refund rights that apply in your location.
Store policies and local consumer laws may provide additional rights or procedures.
